According to Hollywood Reporter, Jewel will be performing "an acoustic version of the previously unreleased song 'The Shape of You,' which is about the loss of her friend."
As for the Emmy Awards ceremony, the show is being hosted by Jimmy Fallon with stars such as Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgard, Sofia Vergara, Jon Hamm, Ricky Gervais and Matthew Perry among the presenters.
