She’s one step closer to being a married woman, and Miley Cyrus celebrated the news with a girls’ night out in Studio City last night (June 6).
The “Party in the USA” songstress hit up Hugo’s Restaurant with a few of her gal pals, smiling brightly from ear-to-ear as she strolled past some shutterbugs.
Miley is truly elated that her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth popped the question, and she took to her Twitter page to share the news earlier this week.
