A new poster for the upcoming film “The Place Beyond the Pines” hit the web on Wednesday (January 30).

Starring Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling, and Eva Mendes, the crime drama follows a stunt rider who turns to robbing banks as a way to provide for his lover and their newborn child.

Ever since its debut at the Toronto Film Festival last year, the flick has gained a strong following and its release is highly anticipated.

Anna Faris: Errands with Baby Jack

Taking her baby boy along for the ride, Anna Faris ran errands in Studio City, California on Tuesday (January 29).

The "House Bunny" star smiled sweetly in a black sweater, navy blue jacket, gray pants, and a black baseball cap as she toted baby Jack along in his carrier.

Soon, you can catch the 36-year-old actress in a new pilot for CBS called "MOM." Created by sitcom king Chuck Lorre, the comedy stars Ms. Faris as a newly sober single mother who's trying to get her life together in Napa Valley.

On Tuesday, it was announced that "West Wing" star Allison Janney will play Anna's character's mother in the show.

Report: Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas Expecting

After getting hitched last June, Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas are reportedly expecting a child.

Rumors sparked after the yoga instructor appeared to have a small belly bump at the SAG Awards over the weekend.

According to InTouch magazine, an insider revealed that she and her "30 Rock" star hubby are expanding their family.

However, a representative would not comment on the matter and neither of the two have spoken out publicly about the pregnancy.

Perhaps alluding to the upcoming arrival, Hilaria tweeted on Tuesday, "When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece ~ John Ruskin." This will be the 54-year-old actor's second child as he shares daughter Ireland with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

"Wonderland" Pilot in the Works

Though it's been adapted many times for the big screen, "Alice in Wonderland" may soon end up as a television series on NBC.

A pilot was ordered for Anthony Zuiker's sequel, titled "Wonderland." Set in Lewis Carroll's fantasy world, the hour long show will explore Clara's life and her war against the evil Queen in Wonderland, a girl we used to know as Alice.

The project hopes to capitalize on the success of other fairytale-themed shows like "Once Upon a Time" and "Grimm."

The "CSI" creator will helm the project with Whit Anderson attached to write the pilot episode. Look for "Wonderland" to grace the small screen on NBC this season.

Christian Bale Calls Young Cancer Patient

Brightening the day of a young cancer patient, Christian Bale made a phone call to an eight-year-old Batman fan suffering from leukemia.

In a YouTube video posted by young Zach’s mother on Friday (January 18), the child tells the “Dark Knight Rises” star how he pretends to be Batman and has a realistic Batmobile.

During their conversation, Bale thanked the boy for watching his films, and noted that Zach embodies the film’s message. “The whole point of the movie is anybody can be Batman. Anybody can be as strong as that and help people and put good out into the world,” he said.

This is not the first time Mr. Bale has helped out a family in crisis, having previously flown a cancer patient and her family to Disneyland to have lunch with him and his family.

Eva Longoria Returns to L.A. After the Inauguration

Back in L.A. after the Inauguration festivities, Eva Longoria touched down at LAX airport on Tuesday (January 22).

The "Desperate Housewives" star looked lovely in all black with a wool coat, scarf, and heeled boots as she made her way through the busy terminal.

While in D.C., the 37-year-old staunch supporter of the President attended the Inauguration ceremony itself where she sat on the platform, the Inaugural Ball, the Latino Inaugural Ball, and the Commander-in-Chief Ball.

On Saturday, the brunette beauty got a chance to hang out with one of her political faves. Eva tweeted a photo with the caption, "With Vice Pres @joebiden and Dr Biden tonight!"

Dakota Fanning Says Hello to Utah!

All bundled up for the chilly Utah winter, Dakota Fanning arrived in Salt Lake City for the Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 21).

The "Runaways" star will support her new movie, "Very Good Girls," at the festival. The drama follows Two New York City girls who form a pact to lose their virginity during their first summer out of high school. When they both fall for the same street artist, the friends find their connection tested.

Joining the 18-year-old actress in the flick are Elizabeth Olsen, Demi Moore, Peter Sarsgaard, and Ellen Barkin.

Written and directed by Naomi Foner, the movie is set to hit theaters sometime this year. Stay tuned to GossipCenter for more after the movie shows at Sundance on Tuesday.

John Mayer & Katy Perry: Presidential Inauguration Lovers

Taking full advantage of their superstar status, John Mayer and Katy Perry scored tickets to the Presidential Inauguration in Washington DC this morning (January 21).

The “No Such Thing” crooner and his “I Kissed a Girl” girlfriend looked to be enjoying themselves as they watched President Barack Obama get sworn in for his second term in the Oval Office.

And it sounds like Katy was paying close attention to Obama’s first Inauguration in 2009, when Aretha Franklin wore a massive grey bow.

Perry copied the “Respect” singer’s style with a miniature version of the garment on her trendy fedora. “I had it made. I thought it would be fun to do a shout-out back to four years ago,” she explained.
