Set to sing at the station's annual Madison Square Garden concert in December, the "Skyscraper" stunner showed off her young and fun style in a trendy leather jacket, belted white dress and black suede boots.
Meanwhile, Demi is gearing up for another super exciting performance - as she just announced that she'll be performing the national anthem ahead of Game Five of the World Series on Monday (October 24).
