Possibly looking for a present for her mom, LiLo gave a birthday greeting via Twitter, writing, "Happy birthday to the best mom ever!! @DinaMLohan I love you!! X"
Meanwhile, a recent report from Us magazine claims that Lindsay is falling back into her pre-jail/rehab ways.
Supposedly hitting up NYC club Boom Boom Room this past weekend for a late night of partying, the Us source tells, "It's the same old cycle of lying and denials. She's telling everyone she didn't go out. We're like, 'Lindsay, people saw you there!'"
