Spending some time with her family support system, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were spotted heading to Chelsea Piers in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (July 10).
The darling duo was joined by the 33-year-old actress’ mother Kathleen Holmes as they walked down the city streets, while the six-year-old cutie donned a fairy costume and looked annoyed by the paparazzi.
As recently reported by GossipCenter, Miss Holmes and her ex-husband Tom Cruise finally reached a divorce settlement that is purely in the “Batman Begin” star’s favor.
Although the fire seems to be calming down, the brunette beauty can use as much support as possible and Nicole Kidman appears to be providing it.
The 45-year-old actress, and former wife of Cruise, recently reached out to Katie and according to Bradley Jacobs of Us Weekly, “She was very supportive to Katie over the last few weeks. They've spoken on the phone. She told her, 'I've been there, too. Hang in there. You'll get through it.'"
The two women have plenty in common. They're both younger than the “Rock of Ages” actor, they were both 33 at the time of their respective breakups and they each had children with the Golden Globe winner.
